Delta Precision has been engaged in the production and manufacturing of sports medical medical devices for many years.The threaded anchor inserter is a specialized implantation tool for orthopedic and sports medicine surgeries. As the core supporting operation tool of the threaded anchor system, its main function is to precisely and stably implant the anchor with high-strength sutures into the cortical or cancellous bone of the bone, achieving the reconnection and fixation of soft tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and labrum with the bone. It is a necessary instrument for surgeries such as rotator cuff repair, Bankart injury reconstruction, and ligament attachment point repair. According to the operation scenario, it can be divided into open surgery type and arthroscopic minimally invasive type. The core structure of both types is the same, with only differences in the length of the rod body and the operational adaptability.

The loading end of the inserter needs to be perfectly matched with the tail of the wire anchor. The anchor is an accessory for the inserter's operation.

Anchor body: Titanium alloy / PEEK (non-absorbable), threaded / self-tapping design, serving as a fixed support for implantation into the bone;

Matching suture: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), double-strand / four-strand weaving, with high tensile strength, fused / clamped with the tail of the anchor.

The design of the threaded anchor inserter is centered around the precision, safety and convenience of orthopedic surgeries. Compared to manual implantation, it has the following core advantages, which are also the key factors for it to become a necessary clinical instrument:

Firm anchor loading: The slot / internal thread at the loading end precisely matches the tail of the anchor at the micron level.

Precise implant depth: The laser engraved scale lines on the outer wall of the rod body are clear and wear-resistant, allowing for precise control of the anchor implantation depth.

Efficient and stable force transmission: The rod body is designed as a solid / thick-walled hollow structure (made of medical stainless steel / titanium alloy), with high resistance to bending and twisting. During operation, there is no deformation or slippage of the rod body.
