Product Description: Valve Body
The valve block (also known as the body or seat) in the hydraulic servo valve is one of the key structural components of the servo valve and is used to install and secure the spool, valve sleeve, and other internal components (such as springs, electromagnetic coils, etc.). The valve block is not only the carrier of the hydraulic oil circuit, but also bears the function of sealing, supporting and transferring liquid pressure. The quality of its design and manufacture directly affects the performance and reliability of the servo valve.

The main function of the valve block
1. Oil channel: there is a complex oil circuit processed inside the valve block, which is used to connect the oil inlet, the oil return port and the actuator oil port.
2. Component installation: The valve block provides space and interfaces for installing components such as the spool, valve sleeve, spring, and electromagnetic coil.
3. Sealing effect: Through the seal (such as O-ring) to ensure that the hydraulic oil will not leak.
4. Support and fixing: Provide precise support for the spool and valve sleeve to ensure the stability and accuracy of its movement.
5. Transfer liquid pressure: Transfer the pressure of hydraulic oil to the spool to drive its movement.

1. Material selection:
- Valve blocks are usually made of high strength aluminum alloy, stainless steel or cast iron.
- The material should be resistant to corrosion and high pressure, and have good processing properties.
2. Machining accuracy:
