The threaded anchor insertion tool is a specialized accessory used in orthopedic and sports medicine surgeries to precisely insert threaded anchors into the bone to achieve the fixation of soft tissues and bones. It is mainly used for tendon and ligament repair in joints such as the shoulder, knee, and ankle, and is often used in conjunction with threaded needles to complete the threading and fixation operations.

Delta has its own molds and can provide production for customers, or customize and develop molds according to customer needs.

Insertion device body: Handle (POM/ABS), Insertion rod (06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel), providing grip and force transmission. Insertion rod is laser marked with graduations: precisely control implant depth, avoid over-depth/over-shallow.

Anchor nail: TC4 titanium alloy/PEEK, threaded self-tapping design, implanted into bone to provide a fixed support point, strong against pull-out.

Threaded suture: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) + medical stainless steel needle, the suture has high tensile strength, easy to knot, the needle penetrates soft tissue and leads the thread, the needle type is adapted to different thicknesses of soft tissues, the threading is efficient, reducing secondary damage.
