Introduction to Miniature One-way Valve

Low-resistance one-way valve is a POPPET type high-flow rate Lee one-way valve with an opening pressure of 15 psid and extremely low flow velocity. Currently, DELTA has developed two specifications: one is with a valve body diameter of 9.5mm for forward flow; and the other is with a valve body diameter of 12.7mm for reverse flow.

DELTA can manufacture LEE one-way valve for Aerospace. Several dozen types of miniature hydraulic components have been developed, and there is a corresponding model list, please contact us for requesting the list. Those who need them can directly place orders for the corresponding models.

Other types of innovation miniature valve can also be jointly developed. Several key factors need to be considered: 1. The clearly defined demand model, with a continuous demand quantity and an annual demand of more than 100 pieces. 2. Your company has several samples, even old ones, or individual sections are fine. 3. For the first purchase, we are willing to pay the sample fee (ranging from several thousand dollars). We will provide 5 to 10 samples. 4. Your company has the ability to conduct performance tests and verification of your products, and provide performance test reports to Delta Precision for feedback. 5. There are technicians willing to assist Delta Precision in the joint development.
