Introduction to Safety Screen Filters

 

Miniature Oil filters is a small filter device used to filter hydraulic oil in aircraft hydraulic system. Its main role is to remove pollutants in hydraulic oil (such as particles, metal chips, dust, etc.) to ensure the clean and efficient operation of the hydraulic system. In aviation, the reliability of hydraulic systems is critical, so micro-filters play a key role in protecting hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, actuators, etc., from contamination damage.

The aviation hydraulic micro-filter is an indispensable component of the aircraft hydraulic system, and its efficient filtration, high pressure resistance, high temperature resistance and lightweight design make it play an important role in protecting the hydraulic system from pollution damage. The selection should consider factors such as filtration accuracy, flow capacity, pressure rating, temperature range and maintenance convenience to meet the high standards of the aviation field.

Currently, DELTA has developed two types of safety filters: Etched type safety filters and HI-BAR safety filters.

Etched type safety filters are further divided into: Flange Mounted safety filters and L-4 safety filters.

Flange Mounted safety filter features:

a. Simple and economical flange installation design

c. Maximally enlarged opening area

d. All stainless steel structure

e. Filter aperture range from 0.1mm to 0.51mm

L-4 safety filter features:

a. Easy locking

b. Low manufacturing cost for holes, no need for supporting shoulder

c. Unique large-capacity filter design

d. Largest opening area

e. Filter aperture 0.38mm

 

The HI-BAR Etched Safety Screen Filter are divided into three types: Flange Mounted HI-BAR safety filter screen, Boss Mounted HI-BAR safety filter screen, and Boss Access HI-BAR safety filter screen.

Flange Mounted HI-BAR safety filter screen features:

a. Strong and highly durable flange-mounted structure design

b. Will not rupture or collapse even when completely blocked, with a pressure of 7500 psid or less

c. Made of stainless steel material

d. Multiple flexible standard configurations available

e. High anti-fouling ability provides the strongest protection

f. Low flow resistance and high flow capacity

g. Filter screen aperture options of 0.1mm and 0.2mm

Boss Mounted HI-BAR Lee Safety Screens features:

a. Strong and highly durable boss-mounted structure design

h. Will not rupture or collapse even when completely blocked, with a pressure of 7500 psid or less

i. Made of stainless steel material

j. Multiple flexible standard configurations available

k. High anti-fouling ability provides the strongest protection

l. Low flow resistance and high flow capacity

m. Filter screen aperture options ranging from 0.075mm to 0.2mm

Boss Access Safety Screen Filter for aerospace & defence features:

a. Unique, highly durable, integrated threaded structure design

b. Facilitates inspection and cleaning

c. Will not rupture or collapse even when completely blocked, with a pressure of 7500 psid or less

d. Made of stainless steel material

e. High anti-fouling ability provides the strongest protection

f. Low flow resistance and high flow capacity

 

We can manufacture substitutes for Lee valves. Several dozen types of miniature hydraulic components have been developed, and there is a corresponding model list, please contact us for requesting the list. Those who need them can directly place orders for the corresponding models.

Other types of miniature components can also be jointly developed. Several key factors need to be considered: 1. The clearly defined demand model, with a continuous demand quantity and an annual demand of more than 100 pieces. 2. Your company has several samples, even old ones, or individual sections are fine. 3. For the first purchase, we are willing to pay the sample fee (ranging from several thousand dollars). We will provide 5 to 10 samples. 4. Your company has the ability to conduct performance tests and verification of your products, and provide performance test reports to Delta Precision for feedback. 5. There are technicians willing to assist Delta Precision in the joint development.
