Introduction to micro laser welding technology
Micro laser welding is a kind of precision joining technology based on high energy laser beam, which realizes partial melting and bonding of materials in micron scale by focusing laser energy. Its core uses fiber laser or pulse laser (such as nanosecond/picosecond), combined with precision optical system and motion control platform, can achieve solder joint diameter as small as 10μm, heat affected zone of only a few microns, especially suitable for thin-walled parts (thickness <0.1mm), dissimilar materials or heat sensitive components connection.

High precision and low deformation: high energy concentration, controllable welding heat input, workpiece deformation less than 5μm;

Multi-material compatibility: Support stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, titanium alloy and even glass and metal heterogeneous connection;
